Managing Director & Commercial Officer, Poker, Product and Innovation, Severin Rasset, commented on the series by stating: “SCOOP is a series that our community really look forward to and plan for, so we’re excited to share the full schedule, a huge guarantee, and all of the promotions and giveaways we are holding to reward our players.”

Don’t Forget the Leaderboards!

As with many online poker tournament options, PokerStars is offering up a leaderboard competition for SCOOP. But not just one, there are four on offer. The Low, Medium and High levels will have a leaderboard and there will also be one for the overall Player of the Series.

Players will earn points for competing in events. Finish in a certain spot and you will have points applied to your account. A total of $100,000 is up for grabs in additional cash thanks to the four leaderboards. The more events you compete in, the better shot you have of finishing in the money on the leaderboard.
